Cook Lasagna With Tin Foil

Going Postal

the end of the summer holidays dared post an experiment and went on Saturday operation in the sorting centers back. On Monday, after not just tricked all customers, which was immediately hailed as a major success and announced that the Monday post will obviously not miss anyway.
Well, I've missed it, every time. But of course it was only funny to me, than the post office failed to even the second or third year in a row. The first time you think still it would not just happen.
other customers it was probably just after the third week of the anger was great, and so all the mail messages believed their success probably not: In any case, the experiment was declared over and placed in a further attempt to close the file the 6-day post-undermining.

shelved?
Well, who knows. Thanks to a world order that was shipped for any reason in two parts, I could make the final proof: On Thursday, the first packet was already under way, the second about 20 hours later on Friday. The first was on time on Friday here, the second one began in the post-weekend operation.
And that meant: the packet - as I said, sent only about a day later on the way - was not a day later on Saturday. It was also not two days later on Sunday, because since no mail is delivered. It but was also not on Monday, but a full four days later on Tuesday!
This had two consequences: First, I do not since that post has ended their "experiment" really and operation for the Monday delivery running smoothly again. Second, punishing the result of the statement lies, that it were so only delays of up to one day. A limited operation over the weekend delayed the delivery, if a shipment happens to have a day is given up too late, perhaps half to a full week!

One note: For the post is about a day. One working day saves the post, and indeed above all jobs. And a half week delay for the clients she takes it into account. I just hope, politics and the public can not keep tying up as bears and these numbers in mind when trying to post the next time, to promote their savings plans.
